I have a received an issue with my order. What Should I do?
Please contact customer service as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. Please note that due to COVID-19 we only accept exchanges & returns for discrepancies made by the shipper (POLYMER — STUDIOS ©). Please contact us if that applies to your order. Other than any of the issues noted above *All SALES ARE FINAL*
How often do you restock?
For Exclusivity on the brand and products, we typically only restock products once.
But we have an email newsletter list which you can be subscribed to at the bottom of each page, to be updated on the restocks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship everywhere around the world for the most part.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES CHARGED.
How do the garments fit? Are they True to Size?
We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different shapes and sizes of customers all over the world.
So Yes, Typically our t-Shirts are true-to-size, this includes Unisex and Women's' styles in U.S. style sizes (small through 2XL).
Each product is different, we advise checking the sizing guide/chart on each product page, as some products may be very fitted. As we are constantly introducing new products, we'll add more information about product fits and sizes.

I received a tracking number but the shipment has not move?
In most cases, please allow 1-3 days business days for the tracking number to update. If your order still has not been updated by then, please contact us directly so we can look into the delay. Also note that if your order is a pre-order then it may take up to 2-4 weeks for you to see an update on your tracking number.
How should I wash my POLYMER — STUDIOS © garments?
We urge that you take care of your garments that you purchase from us, dry cleaning your clothes are our best suggestions other than a cold machine wash, and air drying your garments.
